How to use the QR Code Generator

Limits, assumptions and troubleshooting
Error correction defaults to M; L, Q and H are available. Logos force H and cover 12% of the code width. Output has a four-module quiet zone and whole-pixel modules. Colors need at least 4.5:1 luminance contrast and a darker foreground; contrast alone cannot guarantee scanning on every surface. Calendar times use your device timezone and export as UTC. Payment information is encoded, not verified or processed. Credentials are encoded in the image: anyone who scans it can read them. This is a static code; changing its data requires making a new image.
Is my data private?
Input processing and output creation run on your device. This tool does not upload inputs, filenames or outputs, and analytics are disabled. The page loads normal website styles and fonts. Reset releases the current work; download a copy before leaving. This tool does not persist your input in browser storage.

Will the QR code expire?
The image itself has no expiration or tracking redirect. A linked website or WiFi configuration may change independently.
Does it upload contact or WiFi details?
No. The payload, preview and downloads are generated in browser memory.
