Product summary
LeaderDaddy is a browser-based lead management system and sales CRM published by Toolcross LLP. It combines structured lead records, list and Kanban pipelines, ownership, scheduled follow-ups and role-scoped reporting. Configured WhatsApp, AI, catalog and publishing workflows add context to the same sales process.
Use it to coordinate the work people do every day: capture an enquiry, assign responsibility, record the conversation and decide what happens next. Integration availability depends on workspace configuration, plan eligibility and provider approvals.
Product capabilities
Bring enquiries and business prospects into a record your team can follow through.
Add leads manually or import them in bulk. Keep structured contact details, source, product context, owner, status, notes and activity history together so the next person has the background they need.
Search the Google Places Lead Finder by business category or location, review map results and possible duplicate indicators, then select discovered businesses to create CRM leads. Access and usage depend on workspace eligibility, plan and current usage state.
An administrator can connect read-only Gmail access to parse supported OLX, CarWale and Gaadi enquiry emails into leads. Matching enquiries need a valid Indian mobile number. Unsupported email formats and attachments are not imported as lead data.
Marketplace capture is supported email parsing, rather than a direct marketplace API integration. Gmail access does not send or modify emails. Disconnecting stops monitoring and removes the Gmail connection and import metadata; leads already created remain workspace records until deleted.
Product capabilities
Make ownership and the next action clear at every stage.
Assign leads to the responsible team member and track their status. Switch between list and Kanban pipeline views to review individual opportunities or the wider pipeline, within your access permissions.
Schedule follow-ups, see overdue actions and keep notes, activity timelines and historical context on the lead. Configured reminders and manager escalation notifications help surface overdue work. Authorized team members can see the next action and who is responsible, helping handovers stay connected to the record.
Product capabilities
Coordinate a shared sales process with access appropriate to each role.
Administrators manage the company workspace. Managers work within their permitted team scope, including their own and direct-report reporting scope. Salespeople work with leads they created or were assigned. Role-based access and assignment permissions govern what each person can do.
Manage company and workspace settings, team members and notification preferences, and review audit history. Lead access and inbox access apply their own role and assignment rules; membership of a workspace does not grant access to every lead or conversation.
Product capabilities
Review pipeline progress and team activity with the context needed to choose the next action.
Review sales dashboards, pipeline visuals, team activity and lead conversion summaries. Lead Analytics provides Overview, Pipeline, Team and Engagement views, with filters, drill-downs and saved views for administrators and managers within their authorized scope.
Export CSV data, download operational reports and receive weekly summaries where configured. Manager reporting is scoped to permitted leads and team members, while administrators review their company workspace. Campaign sends and replies measure activity, rather than attributed revenue or guaranteed conversions.
Product capabilities
Connect customer conversations and planned outreach to the lead workflow.
An administrator connects an eligible WhatsApp Business account through Meta onboarding. WhatsApp Business App coexistence is available where the account and provider flow support it. Use lead-linked conversations and inbox workflows under the relevant role and assignment permissions.
Sync approved message templates for the connected sender account. Build broadcast audiences from accessible CRM filters or saved contact lists, review recipients and template-variable previews, and validate the message before launch. Duplicate audience phone numbers are removed.
Send a campaign immediately or schedule it for later. Review pending, sent, failed and replied recipient states, then use replies to plan the next follow-up. Template approval, messaging windows, account quality, delivery limits and recipient eligibility affect sending and delivery.
Broadcast opt-outs: an exact STOP text or button reply, ignoring case and surrounding whitespace, opts the recipient out of broadcasts for that WhatsApp Business account (WABA) across its connected numbers. A subsequent non-STOP inbound message, including media, resubscribes them. This broadcast preference does not itself establish consent for every campaign; manual and operational messages have separate rules. Obtain appropriate recipient consent and honor communication requests. Meta messaging charges are separate from the CRM subscription.
Product capabilities
Give your team suggestions they can review and use in their sales work.
Configured AI assistance provides lead guidance and analysis, suggested next actions and follow-up help. People remain responsible for decisions and reviewing outputs. Gmail-imported lead data uses local heuristic guidance; it is excluded from external AI lead analysis.
Reply workflows can use conversation and product context, with business-hour settings, reply caps, messaging-window checks and human takeover. Availability depends on the applicable account, provider configuration, workspace settings and available wallet balance. Applicable AI usage is billed through wallet credits.
These are AI-assisted workflows with human oversight. Suggestions can be inaccurate or incomplete; test reply settings and review customer-facing output before relying on it.
Product capabilities
Keep the offer connected to the enquiry and preserve the context of past quotes.
Manage products and services with variants, pricing, inventory availability and media. Archive and restore catalog records while keeping historical context in lead-linked product and quote history.
Company administrators can configure a product synchronization API key. Eligible local products can sync outward to a connected Meta catalog with the required permissions and media. The API is scoped to products; a general-purpose public CRM API, reverse Meta catalog import and product Excel import/export are not available.
Media specifications: up to 10 images at 5 MiB each (PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF), plus one video with a 100 MiB source upload limit (MP4, WebM or QuickTime, subject to validation). Video uploads are optimized. Provider catalog requirements and accepted media can differ.
Product capabilities
Use the same sales workspace at your desk or in the field, with clear connectivity limits.
Access the responsive desktop and mobile web app, or install the Progressive Web App on supported devices and browsers. Supported offline lead and activity changes queue for synchronization when connectivity returns. Review sync results and confirmed server acceptance after reconnecting.
Push notifications depend on browser and device support and permission. Email and WhatsApp notifications use configured delivery channels. Interface options include English, Hindi, Afrikaans, German, French, Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese, with translation coverage varying by page and locale.
Offline support is limited to supported workflows: account connections, billing, business searches and provider messaging need connectivity. LeaderDaddy is a web app/PWA, not a native Android or iOS app. Configured locales: en-IN, hi-IN, af-ZA, de-DE, en-AU, en-CA, en-GB, en-US, en-ZA, fr-CA, fr-FR, ja-JP and pt-BR. Dedicated feature and comparison pages currently retain English content across locale prefixes. Language availability does not imply local offices, local-currency billing or country-specific support.
